edhs主要功能：
裝置院：資料上載、資料匯出（移交）
業主和總體院：資料整合、瀏覽
執行安裝包檔案
一般由總體院或鷹圖做，根據需要配好後，執行按鈕 "create all load files"
得到xml檔案
裝置院做
file-loader
選中所有xml檔案
定義列的顯示形式，一般不用修改
moduleaccess
定義edhs的功能模組，一般不需要修改
spfoptions
edhs的一些配置，可能會根據專案需求調整，尤其是關聯關係。更新影響的檔案是"systeoptions"對移交整合工作影響較大。
配置好之後，load進去
拷貝到spf的安裝路徑\server\bin
將license.xml複製到客戶端安裝路徑下\spfdesktopclient\currentversion\modules
