安裝完ejabberd：ejabberd-17.11-windows-installer.exe
啟動報錯：bash ejabberdctl register "admin" "ycy-rgq" "admin" error: conflict
try version 16.06 instead of 16.08 from downloads archive it solved my issue on centos.
換成:ejabberd-16.06-windows-installer.exe就可以正常啟動了。
但是又遇到了新問題：ejabberd failed with error: inexistent-account
ok, as the original problem seems to be #1231 and it will be fixed in 16.09, this ticket can be closed.
打算換成：ejabberd-16.09-windows-installer.exe試試。
然後看搜到的另一篇帖子：
結果發現用機器名， 就可以了，只有機器名可以，ip位址和localhost都不行。
例如：http://ycy-rgq:5280/admin/ ok
