當有多個資料庫伺服器，如果想從一台伺服器訪問其他資料庫中的特定使用者下的表，則必須使用dblink。
建立dblink的方法有2種：
1、已經配置好本地服務名（資料庫伺服器上的）
create public databaselink fwq12 connect to fzept
identified by neu using 'fjept'
格式如下：create public database
link [資料庫連線名] connect to [使用者名稱]
identified by [密碼] using '[服務名]'
