之前寫過一篇配置ros環境和出現問題的解決的但文章，但是這次給筆記本裝ros一直出現乙個問題，弄了好幾天才把他弄好，把自己踩過的雷，告訴大家。免得遇到同樣問題的人，弄得心情煩躁。
1.按照我之前寫的部落格，配置ros,在初始化rosdep init時出現了這問題：
sudo rosdep init

之後rosdep update出現問題，

看到網上說的是因為網速的問題，一開始我也沒發覺因為家裡用的是移動100兆網速，完全沒想到。
之後給電腦連了***手機熱點***，嘗試十多遍終於
輸入命令sudo apt-get update
輸入命令rosdep update, 多次之後終於成功.
