首先我使用php內建服務，測試80埠發現正常使用，那麼應該就是 443埠占用所致。
而此問題又是，本地環境安裝了 vmware 後出現，vmware 安裝後可以在進城管理中看到各種隨開機啟動的服務。
win+r 輸入 msconfig，關閉vmware 啟動項。重啟，解決。
