mt2625平台概述：
mtk mt2625是圍繞乙個高度整合的晶元組建立的，其中包括乙個微控制器單元(mcu)、乙個低功耗窄帶物聯網收發器和乙個電源管理單元(pmu)。該微控制器單元是乙個帶有浮點單元的arm cortex-m4處理器，整合了最多32 mb psram和至多32 mb快閃儲存器。
nb-iot收發信機包括無線電、基帶和mac，設計用於低功耗和多波段通訊支援，支援波段包括eutra 1、2、3、5、8、12、13、17、18、19、20、25、26、28、66和70。可選波段為eutra 11、21、31和71。
mt2625還支援uart、i2c、spi、i2s、pwm、sdio、adc、usb、usim和鍵盤等介面。
