tdoa：timing difference of arrival基於終端發射通道好不同基站的時間差。終端和網路不需要時間同步，但不同基站之間需要時間同步。
e-otd：enhaneed observed time difference由移動終端對本服務小區基站和周圍相鄰基站的測量資料、計算時間差，根據時間差計算位置資訊。
