這時候，您可以使用快捷鍵ctrl+alt+delete開啟windows任務管理器，然後找到程序explorer.exe後結束，最後開啟選單「檔案/新建任務」，輸入「explorer」後回車。
如上面的方案沒有解決了您的問題的話，可以嘗試採用第二種方案。
還是先利用快捷鍵開啟windows任務管理器，輸入命令eventvwr開啟「事件檢視器」。從「windows日誌/應用程式」中查詢相應的日誌，檢視出現錯誤的原因。如下圖所示：
