一般是因為刪除了系統盤的c:\program files\internet explorer資料夾導致的，首先需要的別的電腦上覆制這個資料夾，然後按照以下步驟操作就ok了。
regsvr32 「%systemroot%/system32/actxprxy.dll」
regsvr32 「%programfiles%/internet explorer/ieproxy.dll」
