執行命令：bppmr_config.bat register -edit -server bmc-bppm -dbtype sybase -dbhost bmc-bppm-db.airchia.com

e：重啟reportengine服務，配置完成
可以傳送測試事件，測試事件傳送，效能資料會比較慢，可以檢視rate_data和stata_data這兩個表比較快
