在debian下安裝軟體包可以說還是比較容易的，當然有個好的源是必須的,把下面兩行
放到檔案
/etc/apt/sources.list
執行一下命令： apt-get update
下面正式開始安裝，其實很容易的：
debian:/home$ apt-get install scim scim-chinese scim-modules-table scim-pinyin scim-tables-zh

正在設定 scim-chinese (0.5.0-2) ...
正在設定 scim-modules-socket (1.4.4-7) ...
正在設定 scim-modules-table (0.5.6-2) ...
正在設定 scim-tables-zh (0.5.6-2) ...
正在設定 ttf-arphic-bsmi00lp (2.10-6.1) ...
updating fontconfig cache for /usr/share/fonts/truetype/arphic
no cidsupplement specified for shanheisun-light, defaulting to 0.
正在設定 ttf-arphic-gbsn00lp (2.11-6.1) ...

至此，軟體安裝部分好了，還需要作一些設定：
1）需要乙個啟動指令碼95xinput，把它放到/etc/x11/xsession.d/下
95xinput檔案內容：
code:/usr/bin/scim -d
export xmodifiers="@im=scim"
export gtk_im_module="scim
如果是英文系統的話，還需要進行以下操作，否則調不出輸入法:
gedit /etc/environment
內容如下：
lang=en_us.utf-8
lc_ctype=zh_cn.utf-8
lc_numeric=en_us.utf-8
lc_time=en_us.utf-8
lc_collate=en_us.utf-8
lc_monetary=en_us.utf-8
