以前碰到開啟chm檔案，要麼出現亂碼、要麼出現提示找不到連線位址，以為是檔案出錯，
近日偶然發現我不能開啟的檔案，在其他人的系統上可以開啟，才明白原來問題是在系統
上面。搜尋和實踐得到如下解決方案：
1、當出現亂碼時，可以通過設定ie的編碼，重新整理開啟chm檔案；
2、當出現找不到連線位址時，新建乙個檔案
