在往資料庫表中新增一行的時候，要針對自增列插入乙個特定值的時候，這個函式就很有用了，比如表結構如：

其中id列是自曾列，如果我們要插入3 | c的話，如果沒有開啟自增列，肯定是插不進去的，這時程式設計客棧候用這個函式就有作用了
