大多數專案excel匯入需要匯入的是部門名稱並不是部門id，所以在使用者匯入時直接輸入部門名稱（中文），
這時候需要自己在業務層新增部門名稱與部門id的轉換。具體步驟如下：（本人較懶直接截圖）
1、使用者實體類加入部門物件（省略git跟set方法）
(1)、mysql資料庫查詢的結果
（2）、dao層
（3）、對映語句
3、service層
4、impl實現：
5、在使用者的impl匯入的業務方法中新增==>
sysdeptservice.getdeptandchilddept();介面並進行資料校驗
注：validatedeptmsg方法寫在sysuserserviceimpl下
