tortoise svn無法連線到伺服器，清空「autherticate data」後，再進行更新，提交，log檢視等操作，svn還是不提示輸入使用者名稱和密碼，而是報：
error: unable to connect to a repository at url error: error running context: no connection could be made because the target machine error: actively refused it.
解決此問題方法，清空兩個目錄（我的電腦是win7-x64）即可:
