oracle 12C 伺服器的監聽設定

oracle 12c安裝好了之後，本機訪問沒有問題，但區域網其他機器訪問不了，報錯說沒有監聽。

原因出在伺服器的listener.ora這裡，它只監聽了localhost，沒有監聽它的區域網ip這個位址。
