wolfssl使用過程中遇到，呼叫wolfssl_connect返回值小於0，wolfssl_get_error得到錯誤碼為-188；
wolfcrypt/error_crypt.h中對錯誤碼定義為：
asn_no_signer_e = -188, /* asn no signer to confirm failure */
