解決方法如下：
1、從mathtype安裝路徑中找到mathtype\office support\64中的mathtype commands 6 2016和wordcmds兩個檔案。此步驟要注意自己安裝的office2016版本是32位還是64位，32位使用者在mathtype\office support\32中可找到兩個檔案；
2、將上述兩個檔案拷貝到 \root\office16\startup 資料夾。此處路徑取決於使用者安裝習慣；預設安裝路徑為c:\program files\microsoft office\root\office16\startup；一般startup資料夾中已經含有wordcmds檔案，可以不複製此檔案。
3、從mathtype安裝路徑中找到mathtype\mathpage\64中的mathpage.wll，同樣複製到 \root\office16\startup；
4、重新開啟word 2016，mathtype已經載入成功了。
