安裝了 winpython，執行jupyter notebook.exe或jupyter lab.exe，總是不能自動開啟瀏覽器，提示"no web browser found"
開啟檔案settings\.jupyter\jupyter_notebook_config.py搜尋webbrowser儲存修改。
執行jupyter notebook.exe或jupyter lab.exe，已經可以自動開啟瀏覽器。
在上述【解決方案一】的第三步，新增如下**
