開啟登錄檔編輯器，開始->執行->regedit（win+r，輸入regedit，回車）；
在hkey_classses_root→ * → shell 下，在shell下，新建項命名為open with sublime text，在該新建項的右邊視窗新建字串值（右鍵--新建--字串值）。名稱：icon；值：d:\program files\sublime text 3\sublime_text.exe 【注：使用您自己的安裝檔案目錄】
在新建的項open with sublime text下面新建項command（必須這個名稱）.修改command項右側視窗的預設值，修改為："d:\program files\sublime text 3\sublime_text.exe" "%1"【注：使用您自己的安裝檔案目錄】，雙引號一定要加，否則無法開啟路徑帶空格的檔案，這樣就大功告成了。
