裝了個ubuntu虛擬機器，發現時間老是不對，一開始不想管他，後來越用越彆扭，決定設定一下。
我知道ntp服務可以自動調整時間，於是在網上找到乙個文章，裡面談到2種設定ntp同步的方法，一種是用日常排程ntpdate，還有一種是執行ntpd服務，兩種都是從某個ntp伺服器位址獲取時間資料。
我先用ntpdate試了下：
root@ubuntu:cron.daily# datetue sep 9 01:59:53 pdt 2014
root@ubuntu:cron.daily# ntpdate 202.120.2.101
9 sep 02:01:30 ntpdate[7671]: no server suitable for synchronization found
root@ubuntu:cron.daily# ntpdate ntp.sjtu.edu.cn

我看這時間沒變化啊，於是執行
date -s "tue sep 9 05:11:00 pdt 2014"把時間改了，然後又執行ntpdate同步，結果還是不對，但是列印顯示同步過程好像又沒有問題，就這樣試了n個ntp位址，結果都差不多，後來裝上ntpd再試，結果還是一樣，這就讓人鬱悶了。
苦思之下，恍然想到是不是系統的時區設定不對，於是在網上找到用tzselect和tzconfig可以設定時區。於是，先用tzselect試了下，結果提示什麼
root@ubuntu:etc# tzselect在網上找了下資料沒什麼頭緒，又試了下tzconfig，結果又提示/usr/bin/tzselect: line 171: /etc/iso3166.tab: no such file or directory
/usr/bin/tzselect: time zone files are not set up correctly
