1、使用者**是指瀏覽器,它的資訊包括硬體平台、系統軟體、應用軟體和使用者個人偏好。使用者**的能力和偏好可以認為是元資料或使用者**的硬體和軟體的特性和描述；
2、sip終端系統稱為使用者**，即ua(useragent)，含使用者**客戶機uac(useragentclient)和使用者**伺服器uas(useragentserver)兩部分；
3、sip將終端使用者稱為使用者**,請求方稱為使用者**客戶，被請求方稱為使用者**伺服器。uac負責發起sip呼叫請求，uas接收uac的請求並負責對其做出響應(接受、拒絕或重定向)。
user agent是瀏覽器用於 http 請求的使用者**頭的值。更換user agent能更好的模擬出不同的系統和瀏覽器資訊。
