一般為ieee journal投稿時可以提供兩個版本供選擇：
乙個單欄，給那些要列印出來並在邊上寫字的審稿人用；
另乙個雙欄的雜誌格式（模板預設的格式），給他們看最終的效果，也是接收後的格式。
latex的模板都是**上的同乙個即雙欄的格式。
