做開發的同學們或多或少的都會遇到eclipse啟動到一定程度時，就進入灰色無響應狀態再也不動了。啟動畫面始終停留在loading workbench狀態。反覆重啟，狀態依舊。
多數情況下，應該是非正常關閉eclipse工作區的檔案狀態錯誤所導致的。
在工作區目錄中，有乙個.metadata目錄，裡面是工作區及各外掛程式的資訊，刪除此目錄，
再重啟eclipse，果然可以正常啟動eclipse了，但原來工作區的配置和專案資訊也都消失，直接顯示的是eclipse歡迎介面。
那麼怎麼做才能保證之前的配置不丟失呢？這時想到啟動停止時顯示的狀態:"loading workbench"，看來和這個workbench外掛程式有關。檢視工作空間中的.metadata/.plugins目錄，在眾多資料夾中

發現了兩個：org.eclipse.ui.workbench和org.eclipse.ui.workbench.texteditor。刪了這兩個目錄，重新啟動eclipse。正常啟動且原專案資訊正確載入。
