系統環境：
作業系統：window server 2003 sp2
中介軟體：websphere platform 6.1
資料庫：oracle 10.2.0.1.0
maximo版本號：v7110-890
問題現象：
執行完資料庫配置後，重啟maximo應用程式，開啟登入頁面報異常：
error 500: system#notboundexception
解決方案：
select varvalue from maxvars where varname='configuring' for update
上面查詢值為1，修改varvalue欄位的值為0，重啟應用程式就可以了。
