用於執行命令的應用程式 -> c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
對應的登錄檔修改方法：
【hkey_classes_root\folder\shell\】下新建項，命名為【run_cmd】，鍵值改為【run cmd】。在【run_cmd】下新建項，命名為【command】，鍵值為【c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe "%1"】
注：【hkey_local_machine\software\classes\directory\shell\】對應【資料夾選項 -> 檔案型別 -> 資料夾】，要是【資料夾選項】中錯弄成了【資料夾】可以將對應的項刪除即可
