故障描述如下，出現在第一次安裝crs失敗，再次安裝時，失敗後做了如下處理：
rm -rf oracle 目錄 或者./runinstaller 刪除安裝元件
rm -rf /etc/oracle/
rm -rf /etc/ora*
rm -rf rm -rf /etc/oracle
完再次安裝時執行到root.sh
後報錯，
[root@red2 ~]# /opt/ora10g/orainventory/orainstroot.sh
changing permissions of /opt/ora10g/orainventory to 770.
changing groupname of /opt/ora10g/orainventory to oinstall.
the execution of the script is complete
[root@red2 ~]# /opt/ora10g/product/10.2.0/crs_1/root.sh

/etc/oracle does not exist. creating it now.

failed to upgrade oracle cluster registry configuration
解決方法1：ocfs
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/voting（裝置名稱） bs=8192 count=2560
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/ocr（裝置名稱）bs=8192 count=12800
解決方法2：裸裝置
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdb1 bs=8192 count=2000
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdc1 bs=8192 count=2000
原理相同，注意在第乙個節點上報錯後，就不要在第二個節點上也執行root.sh 了，馬上執行上述步驟修復，因為crs是很麻煩的，如果兩個節點都執行晚了，再修復恐要重新安裝crs了，那可是麻煩的很了，不果我沒試過，有興趣可以一試，呵呵。
-----另乙個問題，比較小，細心點就不會犯了，呵！
檢視detail：
。。。。後邊略，可見是ip問題
查host 結果red2的少了 127.0.0.1 倒！
