為什麼單擊右鍵無法顯示網頁原始檔 (1)當瀏覽器的快取被裝滿時，「檢視原始檔」功能將失效。你可以在ie視窗中選擇「工具→internet選項→常規→internet臨時檔案」，然後單擊「刪除檔案」按鈕
(2)登錄檔設定被更改。開啟登錄檔編輯器，找到[hkey_current_user/ software/policies/microsoft/internet explorer/restrictions]，在右側窗格中找到乙個名為noviewsource的值，如果當前的數值資料設定為1，則雙擊它，將數值資料更改為0。
(3) (hkey_users/.default/software/policies/microsoft/internet explorer/restrictions下，將兩個dword值：「noviewsource」和「nobrowsercontextmenu」的鍵值都改為了「0」。
(4)登錄檔中設定的呼叫程式不正確，也可導致「檢視原始檔」功能失效。開啟登錄檔編輯器，找到[hkey_local _machine/software/microsoft/internet explorer/view source editor/editor name]，如果該鍵存在，右邊視窗中所顯示的預設「數值名稱」應該是記事本程式的完整路徑，一般為c:/windows/notepad.exe。如果該鍵不存在，可先確定記事本程式的正確位置再對該鍵值進行修改。 (5)組策略的設定也有可能會遮蔽「檢視原始檔」這一選單項。從「開始」選單中調出「執行」對話方塊，鍵入gpedit.msc。如果彈出乙個「組策略編輯器」視窗(沒有彈出說明設定正常)，則選擇user configuration/administr-ativetemplates/windows components/internet explorer/browser，在右邊的視窗中找到view menu: disable source menu，將鍵值從enabled改為disabled即可。
